About Sino Lukas

Born on January 11, 1993, in Shamva, Zimbabwe, Sino Lukas (born Sinosi Luka) is a passionate entrepreneur and leader driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and impact. Raised in Bindura, where his father worked at Trojan Mine, he grew up with the values of hard work, discipline, and vision that continue to guide his journey today. A proud alumnus of Mount St Mary’s High School and Chipadze High School, Sino pursued higher education at the Catholic University in Zimbabwe, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree before completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA). During his university years, he served as Student Representative Council (SRC) President for two consecutive terms—an experience that strengthened his leadership skills and inspired his lifelong dedication to youth development and representation.

Today, Sino serves as the Director and Co-Founder of Travel Connect Car Rental, a fast-growing mobility and car rental brand that he leads alongside his wife and business partner, Lynn Mazo. Together, they have built a company known for its customer-centric service, reliability, and forward-thinking approach to travel solutions in Zimbabwe. Beyond business, Sino is committed to empowering young people to lead with purpose, embrace entrepreneurship, and drive meaningful change within their communities. He believes in leading by example—championing integrity, innovation, and collaboration as essential pillars for personal and economic growth. Sino currently lives in Harare with his wife, Lynn, and their son, Andre Lukas.
